2009 Red Clay Theatre Rental Terms and Rates

 

 

We offer two rate structures for the use of the Red Clay Theatre (RCT). You organization may choose which best fits your event needs.

 

Structure # 1 – Hourly Rental Rehearsal/Meeting Fee - If you only need the space for an hour or two for a meeting or a rehearal, you may choose to pay our hourly rental fee. We offer different rates for the different areas in our facility. Please request these separately.

 

Structure #2 - Daily EVENT Rental Fee – Your organization will pay in advance a flat fee based on your not-for-profit status (see below). 

 

Daily Rental Rates:

 For Profit Groups - $500 per/day

* Not-For Profit Groups - $400 per/day

 

What you get: Full access to the theatre, the lobby, the box office, both green rooms, both dressing rooms and the kitchen.

 

Technicians: RCT has several trained technicians to help run your event. At least one of your technicians MUST be affiliated with RCT. Technicians can be hired at a cost of $15 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.  You will be required to pay the technicians directly for their services.

House Manager: You are required to hire one house manager to be with you any time you use the theatre. House Managers are paid $10 per hour for each event, meeting or reherasal. This will be added to your final bill.

Concessions: RCT is soley responsible for selling concessions at each event.

 

*Not-For Profit Status: In order to receive this daily rate your organization must provide RCT a copy of your 501-C not-for profit certificate.
